B² now supports a shared live D1 business database. Google Drive is still used for the one-time migration, PDFs, attachments and backups.
Sign in first so B² can apply your permissions. Owners and managers use the shared live business data; Users open only their assigned gigs in read-only mode.
Enter the Web OAuth Client ID and the restricted Google Picker API key created for this phone app. They stay only on this device.
B² Mobile requests per-file access only. Google will let you choose the specific B2 Booking Data.json file to share with this app.

Any person assigned to a gig gets access to that gig, regardless of whether the assignment is Lead DJ, Assistant DJ, MC, Setup / Helper, or another event role. Account permission controls what they can change.
Money
Earned Revenue follows the event date. Cash Collected follows the payment date. Retainer fees remain visible as cash received but are not earned until the event is performed.

Active staff with a unique Google Account email automatically receive read-only User access to gigs they are assigned to. Owner and Manager access always overrides automatic DJ access.

Owner has full control. Manager has business-wide operational access. Active DJs / Staff receive User access automatically from their Staff profile and see only assigned gigs. Use this screen primarily for elevated access.
